Refunds and Returns Policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and obtaining refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

1.3. Certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to personal care products, perishable goods, and intimate apparel. Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  1. Initiating a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please email us at within the 14-day return period, mentioning your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization, if applicable.

2.2. Please ensure that the returned item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item(s) and keeping the receipt or proof of shipment.

2.3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or if the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3.3. If the return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation via email.
